Baiba Priedīte, Member of the Management Board and Chief Customer Officer of Sadales tīkls AS, has decided to resign from her position effective 4 October 2025.

Since joining the company in 2016, Baiba Priedīte has made a significant contribution to the development of Sadales tīkls AS, helping transform it into a customer-oriented, digitally advanced service company. Under her leadership, extensive process digitalization has been implemented, innovative services have been introduced, and customer service has earned high recognition, strengthening the company’s efficiency and competitiveness.

In the near future, the Supervisory Board of Sadales tīkls AS plans to announce an open competition for the position of Member of the Management Board.

Latvenergo AS is the sole shareholder of Sadales tīkls AS. Sadales tīkls AS is the electricity distribution system operator in Latvia, operating independently and ensuring the supply of electricity to more than one million customer sites, maintaining the electricity network throughout Latvia with a total length of approximately 92,000 kilometers.
