The Supervisory Board of Sadales tīkls AS has approved Baiba Priedīte as a Member of the Management Board for another five-year term from 6 June 2021.

Baiba Priedīte started working in the Management Board of Sadales tīkls AS in 2016, being selected in an open competition. In addition to the duties of the Member of the Management Board, B. Priedīte has set the development and management of services and customer service as main priorities in the next period.

In recent years, Sadales tīkls AS has become a professional customer service company, as evidenced by both customer satisfaction survey data and awards received. Last year, the European Distribution System Operators E.DSO included the services of Sadales tīkls AS in the e-environment and data exchange in the electricity market process among the examples of good practice in customer service in Europe. In turn, in 2019, thanks to the developed e-environment, where customers have access to both services and various support tools, the company was presented the annual award Platinum Mouse for digital transformation from the information and communication technology industry.

Baiba Priedīte has a professional Master’s degree in business management, as well as higher education in law with a specialisation in international law. B. Priedīte has more than 15 years of experience in customer service and customer relationship management, including service, sales and business analytics management, development and implementation of new services and products.

Sadales tīkls AS, a subsidiary of Latvenergo AS, is an electricity distribution system operator that supplies electricity to more than one million customer sites and maintains the electricity network throughout Latvia for a total length of almost 93,000 kilometres.
