On changes in the Audit Committee of Latvenergo AS

Today, on 19 November, the Shareholders' Meeting of Latvenergo AS dismissed Marita Salgrāve from the position of the member of the Audit Committee of Latvenergo AS.
Changes in the Audit Committee are related to new professional challenges of the member of the Audit Committee Marita Salgrāve. The Audit Committee will continue to work in the following composition - Torben Pedersen (independent member), Svens Dinsdorfs (independent member), Toms Siliņš (member of the Supervisory Board of Latvenergo AS) and Gundars Ruža (member of the Supervisory Board of Latvenergo AS).
The fifth member of the Audit Committee of Latvenergo AS will be selected through a competition.
