The change of ownership of assets was made through the reduction of the share capital of Latvenergo AS by withdrawing the capital shares of Latvijas elektriskie tīkli AS from the base of assets of Latvenergo AS. On 10 June 2020, Latvijas elektriskie tīkli AS was separated from Latvenergo Group.
