Resolution of the Shareholder's Meeting of Latvenergo AS

On Thursday, 7 July 2022, an extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Latvenergo AS was held, where it was decided to pay 70.2 million EUR of the 2021 profit of Latvenergo AS to the state as dividends.
The capital structure ratios and the financial position of Latvenergo Group do not restrict disbursement of the dividends.
The profit of Latvenergo AS in 2021 comprises 79.5 million EUR, whereas the profit of Latvenergo Group in 2021 comprises 71.6 million EUR.
