Latvenergo AS informs that on 16 September 2024 at 13.00 at the premises of Latvenergo AS at Pulkveža Brieža Street 12, Riga, the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Latvenergo AS has been convened to consider the issue on civil liability insurance of the Latvenergo Group officials, the procedure for future donations of Latvenergo AS and the development of wind and solar power plants.
